those will not work well on a 4x/8t build, a 1700 with 8c/16t will be much better.

Go with a Ryzen CPU if your going to do anything besides gaming, even if gaming is 80% of what you'll do. The difference in multi-core performance is far more beneficial than Intel. It's slightly over budget with a $30 OS key, but it's not too insane. Managed to squeeze everything that you'd need.
