What do y'all think? I'm pretty ready to buy it. Wondering there are any last minute glaring issues. I don't really care at all about PWM fans, and the two case fans are to replace the stock fans.

IMHO you should go with skylake (kaby has shit temps even on water) with something like a h5 universal for the cooling. Use the savings to get a gsync enabled monitor, but if you don't care about frame syncing then you could always just save the money. You do you.

8086k Winner BABY!!

Well, in the tech world. Expensive isn't always better. The ROG boards are just like any board out there, i mean maybe they can support faster memory speeds. But in the end, for gaming, you don't need a $230 motherboard.

If you want to hit 5.1Ghz+ with your 7700k then buy an ASUS ROG board. It's built for overclocking.

However, for half the price, an ASUS TUF board will survive just as long and quite possibly get to similar clockspeeds. Sure, not as much RGB, fancy features, etc, but it's just as good for the average consumer.

idk
