GTA V Studdering

My Lenovo Ideapad 500-15ISK with the AMD Radeon R7 M360 and a Intel I7 6500U and in GTA V the game plays with amazing fps but there is studdering if you are running or driving anywhere but if you walk it is fine can anyone help me with this problem I have already updated the graphics driver to the newest one they have and it didnt fix the problem. Can anyone help?

Yes I can put it on eather "On/Half/Off" and it still does it

I quickly googled and there are a few fix's you can try... and if they don't work, revert to how you had settings originally.

Pre-Rendered Frames & Core-UNParking has halped a fair few people..

Depends on hardware used what tweaks you can apply, but google around and save/note down the tweaks you can try for a better gaming experience.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I'm not familiar with amd anymore but one one of my pcs i had to mess around with the nvida control panel and force vsync from there instead of in game because my fps would fly all over the place.

Still encountering a bit of stuttering eh? I know on mine I had to set it to "adaptive v sync"

How do I do that I do have an AMD Radeon by the way. Thanks

I'm honestly not sure as I don't have a radeon card that is any newer than like 2006 lol.
