So right now I basically have no money for a better graphics card. And the only option I have now is a 550Ti the local used hardware facebook site is selling. Should I get it? Right now I have no discrete GPU just Intel HD graphics sandy bridge

I think CM MasterWatt Lite is your best choice now. Better than Corsair VS.

But it's not made by Corsair! OEM is CWT (Channel Well Technology)
Corsair is a reputable brand. However when judging a good/bad PSU, brand is not important anymore.

Still OK if you don't stress too much on the PSU (use maximum 50% of its rated wattage)
