Will a Ryzen 1600 bottleneck my MSI GeForce GTX Gaming 1080 8G?

I am wondering this because it could be an interesting combo for an upcoming build!

In every game, either CPU or GPU usually are the bottleneck, that's just how it works. But, if you want to know if the 1600 will noticeably limit your 1080 performance in any way compared to other CPUs in that price range- no it will not. You will be fine :)

When compared to something like a 7700k? Yes somewhat. Against a 7600k? They are pretty much on part Still, ask yourself is the extra cost worth it for a little more performance?

Probably not, if any thing it would probably help the performance because it has more cores and threads than any consumer intel one right now.
