Get a 4GB RX 480/580 instead, the 6GB 1060 or 8GB RX 480/580, the 3GB 1060 doesn't have a lot of vRAM.

Also ditch that cooler since you are on a tight budget, use the stock on. Consider getting the i5 7500 as well.

1060 3GB is a bad GPU, get the RX 580 4GB or the 8GB, it might seems like that the jump from 3-4 isn't that big, but believe me, 3GB 1060s get very bad 1% and 0.1% frametimes in some games.
