PC Keeps booting into BIOS

My PC has been constantly booting into BIOS. It started with it just happening occasionaly, but i'd just restart PC and it'd boot into windows. Now it only boots into BIOS and every time I exit bios, just goes back to it. What can i troubleshoot to find out what the root problem is?

 

Specs of my Pc:

ASRock Z87 Pro3

WD 1TB hard drive

i5 4670k 
GTX 770 

CX 600M Corsair PSu

Corsair h60 CPU cooler

Have you downloaded the OS? Is the HDD working?

Turn off anything related to Secure Boot, make sure Windows Boot Manager is out front, and reboot. If nothing is wrong with your drive, this may help.
