Is the gtx 760, 760 ti, and 770 basically the same as gtx 1050 ti

The 1050Ti beats the 760/760Ti but gets destroyed by the 770.

Or you could look at getting an RX 470/ RX 570 which are much faster than the 1050Ti.

770 > 1050Ti > 760TiOEM = 1050 > 760

 

but it depends on cards, you can't bench a 770 LIGHTNING vs a 1050Ti Mini and call that fair for example

No its not, I have access to both and the 770 is a good bit weaker.  It is still a good GPU, just not better than a 1050 ti

No, no, no. 780Ti/780 are OVERPRICED everywhere. 

The 480 4GB consistently scores higher, and it's just as cheap.
