Razer 7.1 Croma bug

Okay, i have the volume problem with my headset, so i tried looking it up on google. I found that some process named Kraken Chroma Helper was messing arround with my browser settings, so i ended it, hoping evreything would come back to normal. Ofc i didn`t, why would it ? So I did some digging again and i found that some guy had the same problem as me. He had on Sounds>Communications>Reduced by 80% volume when other speaks. And i thought that would be the problem. I turned that off folowed by a restart, but again, nothing happened. One thing i noticed, when i opened up BSPlayer, the sound was loud as it should be, but on Chrome, it`s waaaay lower. I dunno what to do, guys please help
