HELP!!!

I need help with my PC, when I press the power button the LEDs come on and my fans all begin spinning but no video and keyboard and mouse don't light up.

Fx8350 16gb hyper x blu 

Gigabyte 970A DS3P

EVGA GeForce 7900GTX

And a 1000watt OCZ Xstream.

All cables are connected tightly

Can you open Bios? If you can't, can you try the graphics card on another pc?

Can't even get to BIOS, there is no video output and no bios beeps from the PC speaker

Card was pulled from a running system earlier today

Hmm. Since you have no video signal we'll start with the physical stuff .Start with having only the essentials plugged in. Only mouse ,keyboard, monitor, and one stick of ram. Double check that everything is connected securely. Remove and reinsert your GPU and memory until they lock in place. Try removing the CMOS battery on the motherboard to reset the BIOS and go from there.

Tried all that and still nothing
