I'm sorry if this is a shitty picture but I got this cause I saw it was like 20 bucks instead of like 120 (idk why but I jumped to say hey let me get this for my builds) but I don't have all the parts and don't wanna get it out of the wrapper thing

Yea I saw that too and it caught me a little of guard. I'm sure it may just say that because it could have been specifically for constant video recording environments like surveillance rooms. Doesn't remove the main functionality of the drive so I'm 99% sure it'll work fine. ;)

It'll work. Though I would suggest a SSD system drive and use that video HDD as the storage drive. Video HDDs are optimised for writing large blocks so there should be some perfomance drop in desktop use.

It wont work :/ I bought a very similar drive and it was jampacked with weird errors and it died very very quickly. Lost all my data too before I even had the chance to back it up. There is a reason why it's so cheap. Worse case it could short circuit your mobo and fry the rest. Dont say you wasn't warned man :/
