Planning my second build

So I think it's about time for me to upgrade my setup. I'm planning of selling my old one and starting from scratch. I don't game anymore so I want it to be stronger on the CPU side. Here are some components I think would be good. If you guys have any suggestions to cut down the price make sure to tell me. What power supply would you guys recommend, as silent as possible. Shopping at Amazon.es (Spain)

If you're not going to be gaming, I'd probably cut down to a 1060 3Gb.

 

A Corsair CX450M should be all the power you need, not sure how quiet it is though..
