Upgrading my laptop.

Hi I have a msi ghost pro gs60 6qe, I'm wanting to upgrade the ram and the ssd, now I know it has 1 stick of ddr4 8gb and I'm wanting to and a second 8 gig, can someone tell me which I need to buy, and I'm assuming the o e in it now is dual channel? And what m.2 can I use if there are different types? Never used them before, currently it's a 128gb one and I'm wanting atleast a 256gb. TIA!
