Ryzen stock coolers are really good. you can even get a solid OC on their stock coolers. it's awesome. from what I've heard, they're really silent too.

 

Get 3200Mhz RAM. Perferably using Samsung B-die.

G.skill flare X uses it, and so does fast Trident Z, and Corsair LPX 3200Mhz IIRC. not sure about the LPX though.

You can easily just crank it to 3.7 GHz on all cores out of the box.

 

As for RAM, I'd buy one of the cheaper 3200 MHz kits.  Spending absurd amounts on higher end kits is a waste of money until all the motherboard problems are sorted.
