Get a better CPU cooler like Cryorig H7 for about the same price

Get better PSU

 

Not that necessary:

Why not 1080TI?

Get a better SSD

Get faster RAM

Get 2TB HDD

The 1080Ti founder's edition (11GB) is around 760 dollars and the only model that is available, meanwhile the 1080 Superclocked is 597 EUR. Not possible.

I have another 240GB SSD that I am going to give to him, so no need for that.

For some reason, he really likes these sticks of RAM and he doesn't want to change them.
