Black screen / Brown screen / Purple screen

Hey all, currentl having problem with CSGO. Game crashes with the colours above, usually one colour type per crash. Takes around 4-5 mins for it come back to normal. Is this my gpu drivers crashing or the GPUs themselves dying??

 

any help or input appreciated!!
