Get one of these cases, the come in white, black and red.

Purchase the parts of a custom loop or buy a kit.

 

Get a pop bottle and drill a hole for the fitting and tubing.

 

Use epoxy to seal the fittings and tubing to the bottle. 

 

Fill the loop with a clear, tinted liquid.

 

Voila, its done
