which motherboard should i buy a Asus Prime B350M-A or a 15 dollar more expensive Asus Prime B350-PLUS

I'd say the B350-Plus, it's a better board, but it depends more on if you plan to overclock and if it goes with your system, looks wise.

Yours faithfully

Definitely the PLUS if you are building in ATX form factor. The B50M-A is a mATX board so it lacks possibly a lot of features and looks funny in your case. If it's a ATX case.

why it hasnt any more fetures and kcost about 30 dollar more

it wasn't any more expensive when i got it . The extra I/O , power phases and fan headers is what drew me to it
