i3 build doesnt make sense. It is more upgradable, but why build a new system that you will repace the CPU soon after, just for a 1060 instead of a 1050ti? I'd say either saving more money, or swap the cpu of the i5 build to a i5-6400 and get a 1060 3gb gpu.
