Linus' Test Bench Fan?

amrando

Watching the LTT episode about Whonnock server dying and getting back the data.  In the video he has this (90mm?) fan on a bendable arm.  I'd love one for my test bench.

I've searched all over for one like this, but can't seem to find it (maybe I don't know the right keywords).

Any ideas on where to buy one?

It looks like a 92mm noctua fan to me.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

The brown and tan fan looks like a normal noctua nf-f12 is that's the one you're referring to. Also by the looks of the video it looks like a 120mm but i believe they sell 90mm fans on their website

Noctua NF-F12, absolutely the best 120mm fan on the market imo.

Oh, that would work.

It would be cool (no pun intended) to find one I could put a nice Noctua fan on

I can't find the arm on it's own, I can only find it with a Antec blue LED fan on.  Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Antec-Spot-Gooseneck-Thermal-Sensing/dp/B00JYE5I1Y/ref=sr_1_3?tag=skim0x3152-20&ie=UTF8&qid=1451765248&sr=8-3&keywords=gooseneck+fan+mount

Awesome catch!  These test benches are really nice.  Thinking I should upgrade mine.  Wonder if they have US sellers?
