Just move into a new house and found these cables assuming my house is wired with cat 5 how would I get the Ethernet jacks working in the upstairs rooms?

If the ends are terminated in that cabinet, then you would just add a switch and connect them all there. Plug one port on the switch to a router and then to the modem and you have internet

Appreciate that so all the wires into a switch and one wire into the modem and I'm good to go! Thanks mate
