Z97 asus sabertooth mark 2

Hey so my gigabyte gaming 5 is dead 

and I got this one to replace it

 

i don't no anything about motherboards really, both support sli and over locking tho so that's all I was interested In

 

iv noticed my oc to be rock solid stable on the sabertooth board tho

 

what do I need to know about the sabertooth board ? Why are they more expensive and do you think it will last me ?
