Cannot turn off GPU Lights

So I am wanting to turn off the lights on my GPU off because they have been bright to my eyes lately. I cannot access back in the PC because I am afraid of messing up the components inside the PC itself. I have found no software of the GPU it self.

 

I have an XFX RX 480 8GB with hard ball fans that swap out.

Are the LEDs you're talking about on the fans or on the top?  If they're on the fan, from what I understand the hard swap edition you have to swap the fans out...There's no software control for the LEDs.  Unless you can snip the LEDs without the motor going off.
