New pc builder question about GPU

Since my first PC died because either Mobo or CPU died so I decided to rebuild/upgrade it.but the problem is I do not not which graphic card I need. Since my old is Zotac 960. The graphic card I want is MSI GTX 1070 gaming X 8G ( the one409 in Amazon), and I also saw the MSI GTX 1070 ARMOR 8G OC this one like 370. My first question is they are in the same 1070 make by MSI but why the price so difference ? Which one is fit better for gaming or the best ?. My next question is I hear GTX 1080 Ti already out, because of that the price of the 1070 should be drop down to 350 ? but why some are still high ?

Gaming X has better cooling.

 

1080Ti isn't a substitute to 1070 so the prices should not move.
