call your isp tell them to send one of their techsavy guys over to fix the problem before you fire them and go with another isp ?.

Turns out those dumbasses need to 'switch a line' or something 

 

So now we are stuck without internet until wednesday at least.

I can now acces the router again, also I have an IP address (obviously)

                However, I am still not getting an internet connection at all.

                I think it is them though, I called them and they are working on it.

Nope, but that's too much work. (through walls etc

 

I called them, they added 2-3 workdays and then it should work.... sighhhh.

in order to make sure your router isnt the issue, you have to plug in the modem directly since you cant even access the router's admin page. i would take the pc close to the modem . does the modem look like it has all the status lights on? what modem is it?

Oh no, I can acces the router again since today.

It's just from their side, it takes long to hook people up for glass fibre.
