Humble Bundle Monthly unsubscribing?

I plan on getting this months humble bundle monthly (for 1 month only) https://www.humblebundle.com/monthly#  and was wondering as it says I will get Dirt Rally and INSIDE instantly and 6 more games on May 5th, do I still get them even if i would instantly unsubscribe after subscribing or do I have to wait until May 5th to unsub to get those games?

Once you have paid for the bundle, the games are yours and can't be removed from your avvount.
