I have an Asus ROG G20AJ and I recently put in a 1060 with its own dedicated power supply in this build. Though after I booted up I get this.

I have updated the bios, and re-seated the RAM. My gtx750 works perfectly but when I put in my 1060 this happens. I checked with multiple cables and and computers hooked up to my monitor. The cable and monitor are functional. I'm honestly not sure what to do next. I also have Nvida's latest drivers. Any ideas?

What PSUs are these? They sound like they could be not very good and potentially cause issues...

This situation calls for buying a better PSU, not ghetto-rigging two subpar ones together. Spend $50 on an S12II.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

no its this weird AC adapter. basically there is 230w ac adapter plugged in and gpu specific port for a 180w AC adapter as well to run the card

Have you tested the GPU elsewhere in a different pc then? And just confirming, but the extra 6 or 8 pin pcie power connector is plugged in?
