Computer Won't Turn On

My computer won't turn on, I tried to use a faulty and risky PSU I got a new one BTW, and the computer's fans, power LEDs, beeps etc., and after I unplugged it, NOTHING worked, no front panel configs, removing RAM, and even replacing the power cord, never worked, help?

 

Comp. Specs - 

CPU - Intel Core i3- 6100

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA - B150m-Ds3h

Ram - TeamGroup 4GB DDR4-2133 

PSU(The new one) - EVGA 400W
