Fallout Crashing With Mods

I finally got into modding PC games and the first one I have tried is Fallout New Vegas. I downloaded a good 10+ mods and installed them. The game loads up fine and plays OK but it keeps crashing. I have MSI afterburner monitoring my RAM usage and it spikes to 2700mb and crashed. I only have windows 32bit and 2.75gb usable RAM. The texture pack and some other mods want me to use the 4gb extender for the game so it can use more RAM. I don't know what is causing my problem but I do know that fallout is terribly coded for the PC. Also I get 30-40 FPS with my 7870 on a 1240x1280 monitor. I don't know how that is possible. Is there anything I can do to help reduce or stop the crashing from occurring. I have included the mods that I am using to let you know what I'm running. Thanks for any help and have a good day or night.

Maybe you should remove/disable some mods, and why 32 bit windows...

I didn't have a choice for which version of windows I have. I was given this computer. I'm trying to think about what mods I could disable. Maybe I will try less shades and come back when I'm done. Also thank you for responding to my question. I have never modded before so I don't know what to do.

My only advice is to manually test each mod by turning them off one by one (or turning them all off and activating them one by one).

You don't have a very long list, so it shouldn't be too tedious/time consuming. Fallout was already a fairly unstable game in my experience, so

to add mods to it is simply a recipe for disaster. With that being said: I've got my F:NV modded with around 3 times as many mods as you have installed.

To my surprise, I haven't had any real issues other than occasional stuttering. You've probably got an incompatibility somewhere, and the best solution

is to find and eliminate it.

^that was my original advice, but I didn't read your whole post. My new advice is to uninstall NMC's texture pack. What seems to be causing the crashes from your details is that windows is killing the application in order to keep enough memory available to run your system. The texture pack is probably a big part of the large memory use, and disabling/uninstalling it might solve your problem. If you have more system memory installed, consider unlocking it by installing a 64 bit version of windows. Your windows license may be good for both versions, or I'm sure that you can find a copy "by other means."  ;)

Good luck, and let us know if you found a solution or have any more details.
