Assassins creed BH

I wanted to play BH again but my internet is really slow atm so i installed it by doing it the old way... with the cd. I installed the game but when i try to play it it downloads the game on UPlay ?

I already installed the game tho

UPLAY might be requiring updates / or new versions of the software that were not included on the CD. Most games now the CD is just a way to transfer a digital. When I bought the physical copy of Dishonored 2 I was able to install the first 3gigs with disk and then the other 45gigs was download.

So if all else fails contact UPLAy but they are going to say they require a fresh download.
