Help overclocking CPU/GPU!!

I need help overclocking this machine to its full potential. I am a complete newbie to this and would like some help please. remote assistance would be appreciated if possible as i really don't want to damage my machine. i will attached my 3D mark benchmark scores and other information.

Don't worry about breaking anything unless if you set the voltage too high. I wouldn't go past 1.4v.

unless it's de-lidded, you're going to run into a thermal wall before you run into a voltage wall. the TIM between the die and IHS is abysmal.
