hey, after installing gtx 1080ti in my pc, I am getting bunch of BSOD related to memory and "reference memory could not be read" errors. any tips on how can I fix this?

5900X

Is that all it said? Usually there's more information in a BSOD... It'd maybe help.

 

Do you still have your old GPU? Could you maybe test with that?

Yes, it is. This time it said "memory management" 

I dont have the old gpu anymore :(

This error is pretty difficult to pin point, i would start by resitting your ram, deleting newly installed programs that might have caused the error, trying your old graphics card.

If your old graphics card works fine, then it might be cause of a bad driver.

You can use this (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) to uninstall the GPU driver completely.

I did reseat the ram but sadly didn't help. I tried the clean install in Nvidia driver, I am not sure if it is enough. I'll give it a shot too. 

 

Right now I am running memtest and apparently it already found 1 error bit. I guess that might be it.
