iems for sleep

I am looking for an iem to sleep in something small round that sits flush with the ear. In terms of sound quality I'd like to have and with rolled off highs so as not  to to damage my hearing .

my budget is around the 50$ mark so as not to be devastated when they'll eventually break......

 

from what i gathered the mee audio m6 or the rha ma 350 would fit the bill but do you have any better recommendation?

Correct, if it can be avoided.

 

If you do, make sure to thoroughly clean and disinfect them daily.

Yeah that could go very poorly very quickly slowly as your hearing gets fucked.

little speakers under your bed. probably a better way then headphones.
