M.2 or SATA?

I own an 840 pro a 950 pro and an 850 pro. The 950 pro is like 4 X faster, but the ONLY time I EVER notice is when I'm scrubbing 4k videos and transferring large files. Steam and Windows boot up so fast already that you really won't see a difference. Go for larger size sata instead of faster.
