Cpu - intel core 2 quad q8200 2.33 ghz

ram - 8gb ddr3 1333 mhz 

gpu- amd Radeon hd 7570 1gb gddr5 

motherboard - Lenovo 03t7032 lga775 ddr3 

psu - 400w atx 

cooler - intel cooler lga775 

hdd - seagate barracuda 7200 200gb 7200rpm 

case - rosewill redbone 

 

I'm very new if you notice something obviously bad/missing pls tell me. And I'm not to confident in psu and hdd. Idk about the basics of those of there's rules or not. This costs $135 all from eBay. I'm probably not going to actually buy this but there is a small chance

PSU is definitely questionable... no brand, etc.

I'd either buy used parts/computers as suggested previously, or save up more money to increase your budget to something decent.
