I'm very new if you notice something obviously bad/missing pls tell me. And I'm not to confident in psu and hdd. Idk about the basics of those of there's rules or not. This costs $135 all from eBay. I'm probably not going to actually buy this but there is a small chance

PSU is definitely questionable... no brand, etc.

I'd either buy used parts/computers as suggested previously, or save up more money to increase your budget to something decent.
