Basically jitterclicking is when you vibrate your arm to get high clicks per second. In the games i play this is crucial, but also aiming. I was wondering if anybody had tips on how to get high cps and aim.

I wouldn't recommend doing that, your gonna get carpal tunnel.

There isn't really any actual hard fact evidence I've found that it actually caused carpal tunnel. But correct me if there are any trustworthy sources

I occasionally do if I'm playing a game that has sequences where you have to press certain keys and/or spam the mouse buttons really fast. Other than that, I have no reason nor need to do it.

Do whatever you want to do, just warning you cause I have mild carpal tunnel and it hurts horribly just to twist a door knob.

I never do that, maybe if like, playing some clicking game on my phone, like case clicker, but not on pc.. I just click normally :D I just tested how fast I click, 5 clicks per second doing it the traditional way, I don't know if it's good or bad.
