Asrock x99-eitx Boot Problems

I have the Asrock x99-eitx motherboard and my cpu is the 5820k. My ram is 8GB Crucial balistix DDR4. Since I bouth this board a few years ago at this point i've always had weird issues sometime crop up with booting. I'm wondering if anyone else who has this board has experienced issues like this.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.
