Only thing I'd say is get a 550w G2 instead, as GS isn't as good and it's pretty much the same price.

Black and Blue build

HZ = the amount of frames your monitor can output. You want to shoot for your monitors refresh rate or you are just leaving performance. With that budget you should be able to get 144Hz or 144fps in many games.
