HELP ME PLEASE?

I just updated my bios and everything went nice and smooth and finished and my windows booted again but when i apply the IGPU to run the second screen and then put my primary display i cannot selecpy PCI anymore its not there no more there's only IGFX And PEG? What should i do?

Select the PEG, that's for the PCI-e graphics card.
