Help needed. Final touches

Hello folks,

 

Thanks to some of the members suggestions here. I already have the following:

 

Motherboard: ASUS STRIX Z270E GAMING

CPU: Intel 7700k

CPU Heatsink: NZXT Kraken X52 All in one CPU Liquid Cooling System Cooling

GPU: EVGA 1080ti FE (Later, i will be moving it to my 2015 rig & replace it with STRIX version)

RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (4x8GB) 3000MHz

SSD: Samsung 850 PRO - 512GB

HD: Any of my shelfed HD will do fine

Other: NZXT Hue+ advanced PC Lighting

 

As you can see I haven't chosen a power supply yet. Mainly because I am still undecided about what cables I should use.

The color theme I want to use is white (to show off those beautiful rams!)

 

Some questions. Any case that could help bring out the most of this build?

What cable sleeve colors would you go for? Personal I thought I could go for black & white or full white.

Any other suggestions you might have to make this build stand out?

 

You don't have to follow the white theme if you have another idea ^^.

Sadly. This was a gift from my friend on my birthday. So I couldn't really be greedier. + The prices of aftermarket are now insanely high & i want them to stabilize a bit before purchasing the STRIX 1080ti.

btw you know you can still sli them (aftermarket and normal)

or that. Problem is that I am so bad at water cooling & there are almost no one who is an expert in water cooling. But I will have to learn to do it at some point.

TBH. It's not worth SLI anymore. All my previous builds have SLI in them and it just seemed overkill to SLI 1080ti especially when many games don't work well on SLI. + the build would look really ugly if I SLI 2 different looking cards.

A little update after consulting some of my friends.

 

I decided to go with a glass case, so Corsair 570X RGB seems like a good choice.

 

As for the Power Supply, I decided to go with Corsair RM850i

 

For cable sleeves. I decided to go with white. Sadly I have to wait at least one week before cablemod send them to me.

 

The build seems to me complete. any final touches you might suggest?
