see windows launch programms

How can I see all programmes that are being launched automatically at start up of windows? How can i disable some, because I recently uinstalled a programm but whenever i turn on my pc i get a message of it saying that the files couldnt be found and i uninstalled via the windows programm and features thingy.

pls help me!

Go to task manager and click on start up. Then right click on what you don't want to run and click disable.

though when i have time in summer imma reinstall windows anyways because i will probably be getting a new SSD anyways
