Help in getting to BIOs

I recently changed an SSD in my system.

 

Now everytime i boot up my system, there will be this blinking underscore on the top right of the screen.

After a while the pc boots up and everything runs fine.

The only problem is that i can't access the BIOS

 

Is there anyone out there with a solution?

 

MOBO: gigabyte g1 gaming ga-z170n-gaming 5

GPU: MSI GAMING 1080

RAM: CORSAIR 16GB 

SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 250GB

does this only happen when the SSD is plugged in?
