recommendation for hard mouse pads?

feeling go lucky with a hard mouse pad after burning through countless QcK's and Goliathus' . Any recommendation? looking for something maybe under 30ish CDN. I find the aluminum a tad too expensive for what they are...just cannot justify getting one yet

Since you've burned through a lot of mouse pads already I can recommend you the one, which I'm using right now. I know it's a bit more expensive, but it's really worth it. The mouse pad is Razer Megasoma. This pad is made of silicon, which makes it absolutely indestructible. You can wash it, abuse it and burn it (resist up to 400C). Once put on the table the pad is just so firm and strong as if it were to be made of steel. The old version, which I have is white and the newer version (Megasoma 2) is black, but they are practically the same unit just with different colors. The price for this unit is 49.99$ in most stores. As I said it's not cheap, but in my opinion is way better than all those other mouse pads for 30$.
