I decided to build a PC and during that process I ended up with

two different options. Here are the two PC:

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kilo_One/saved/ZzgmGX

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kilo_One/saved/6qyTWZ

As you may see both of them are pretty similar.

However, the difference in price is almost $160 dollars.

Which one should I build, please help.

Well first of all, you shouldn't lock into Ryzen 5 before the review. That comes out in 4 days so that's not a long time.

Second off, when you ask for which build is better, most of us will tell you that this one third option is actually better than both. That's what I'll do here, shooting for a price in the middle of both of your builds.

^^ This, except get G-Skill RAM for guaranteed Samsung B-Die (it overclocks better, might not be useful now but always nice for the future).

And also maybe a 1400 would be a better option, though we have to wait for reviews. I think it has a worse cooler though.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.
