Imo the case comes with enough fan and you shouldn't spent money on that but rather upgrade to an i5 for example

You do not need to buy fans or a fan controller. Your motherboard can control the fans and your case already comes with some fans adding a few more won't do all that much performance wise.

 

Then with that gone you can use that money either to get a better CPU or and SSD.
