I recently received a hand me down HP prebuild system. My original intent was to use it for a while then sell it to buy a better computer. However, when I received said computer it was full of malware and junk files, so I went to the setting and chose the "restore fully with fresh windows install" option. It worked for a half an hour, then this screen popped up and none of my input devices are working (mouse, keyboard), and I can't boot from a USB in the HP bios. If you know how to fix this without having to buy a whole new drive please let me know.
