Good video camera?

okay i'm looking for a good video camera that can shoot good 1080p footage for under $200, i looked around a bit and i thought this camera looked pretty good- https://www.amazon.com/Canon-ELPH-330-Stabilized-Black/dp/B00B5HE3UU/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1491360527&sr=1-1&keywords=elph+330

Any thoughts? other recommendations for this pricepoint?

if you only shooting Video, GoPro/Runcam would be the best way to go.

 

I don't know Us Prices to well but sure you'll be able to pick one up around that. Hero3 was already doing 1080p the Hero4 is shooting 4K. 

 

You also get alot more varied use out of a GoPro/Runcam. the time lapse at 0.5 was awesome when I was doing sky dives.

but I don't always want the fish-eye lens. or are the lenses are changeable on go pros? i haven't had any experience with one.

I don't know about the Runcams but the gopro you can minimize it in the newer ones, but yeah it doesn't fully go away. If you buy second hand you can easily get new lenses. but IMO not worth the hassle. 

Why not just use a Cellphone, they all mostly shooting at 1080P these days ?

1. my iphone 5c only has 16GB aka 8GB storage, only 500mb left, not useful if i need to shoot a lot of video

2. sometimes i need to use a camera separately from my phone.

fair enough, Yeah I would say your original one is good for your needs. Lets wait for someone more knowledgeable to come along
