No :P You need a Z series motherboard to do that

I have a GA-H170M-DS3H and 16gb Avexir Core DDR4. I can overclock the RAM right? And can you explain to me how? I tried with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility or something, but I could not understand it. Are there any good guides for this?

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

Oh, I was puzzled as to that. I could not find any place where it says that outright.

Awesome, thanks!

Memory overclocking is done through XMP (extreme memory profile), which is only supported on z and x series chipsets. Motherboards wouldn't say "supports RAM" overclocking but rather say "supports XMP"

Oh right. Lol I should've figured when I couldn't find XMP in the BIOS :P

Wrong, you can manually overclock memory, but it is a lot harder :P

How so?

It is very time consuming and it is hard to get the system stable....

You can find guides, but to overclock your RAM, you need a Z or X series motherboard...
