Alright, system specs:

Corsair HX620 PSU

AMD 1090t CPU
Hyper 212 cooler
Asus Crosshair IV Formula Mobo
Gigabyte R9 270 Graphics card
Samsung 850 EVO SSD (2x 120gb)
WD Black 1tb HDD
Antec 900 case
200mm CM fan
x3 120mm Noctua case fans

So. I'm working on the 1090t Overclock still, just getting it Stable enough to call it good. But I'm planning on Overclocking the R9 270 into the sun, or Getting an rx 480 and doing the same When the price drops. Eventually, in the next year or so, I'd like to Move into Ryzen 7. As it is, I'm pretty sure I'm running this 620w PSU a little too close to the limit. Something like a 135w+ draw from the CPU at load, plus the GPU (Which takes dual 6-Pin connectors.)

On the flip side, I'm on a far edge of the local power grid and it shows at times. Brownouts and other phenomenon occur. I'm thinking this might be more of an issue the the PSU, but...

What say you, where is money better put this month? A PSU (The Seasonic PLATINUM-760 is on sale at NCIX right now) or a UPS/AVR?
