system usage is really high

so i just turned on my pc and i notice that its running a little slow so i go into the manager to see that all my parts are being used a lot.  cpu usage fluxates around 50% and above and both hard drives are at 100%.  i cant seem to find anything thats using them so whats going on?

 

Current Rig=  AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, Asus Crosshair Hero VIII, EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 ultra, 32gb Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 3000hz White, EVGA 750 P2 PSU, 1TB Samsung 980 Pro, 500gb samsung 860 evo, 250GB Samsung 850 evo, 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 2TB seagate firecuda sshd,  LianLi PC 011 Dynamic XL ROG edition, Corsair h150i elite capelix

i already have an ssd and this is just happening for the first time ive had this pc built for about a year and a half and this has never happened
